Reginald C. Johnson
A resident of Georgia since 1996, Reginald is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Broker of RJ & Associates Realty, Inc. Established in 2003, his firm is a premiere real estate company in the Atlanta, Augusta, and Columbia, SC metropolitan areas. His stellar start as a real estate professional led him straight to the top ranks in the nation’s leading Exclusive Buyer’s Brokerage, New Homes Realty, Inc. His astonishing accomplishments after only three years of being in the industry, laid the foundation for the establishment of his own brokerage firm, which specializes in both residential and commercial properties.
During his second year at New Homes Realty, Inc., Reginald was highly recognized for his spectacular achievements and received numerous company and industry awards. In 2005, he took the initiative to form his own team, Team RJ & Associates, and through their successful efforts, became the Top Producing Team with over $13 Million in gross sales, and propelling the GA Market into the #1 spot within the company. His Associates are a close knit team which consists of an excellent mix of professionals with qualifications and achievements that are widely respected in the real estate industry. In 2007, his team expanded across state borders into the Augusta, South Carolina, and Alabama markets.
With a background in customer service, project management, and sales & marketing, Reginald has brought to the Real Estate profession a creative and enterprising perspective that has made him uniquely qualified to not only meet the industry standards, but to surpass all expectations. Using the team approach has allowed him to duplicate his efforts and increase the volume of perspective clients. Accomplishing this goal, has displayed yet another successful strategy that has set this enterprising professional apart from the norm.
Reginald, known by his peers as “RJ,“ was thoroughly equipped to deal with the responsibilities, challenges, and rewards that came along with the Real Estate industry. His professional resume combines higher education and experiences in both the corporate & public sectors. This SC State University and Keller Graduate School of Management alumni has a Corporate America background, which includes serving as a Sr. Project Manager and Team Lead Engineer with one of the world’s leading telecommunication companies, The Sprint-Nextel Corporation. Reginald’s cross-functional background and supervisory skills have allowed him to successfully and strategically develop Team RJ & Associates Realty, Inc. He credits his immediate success to his faith and obedience to GOD. Secondly, to his family and wonderful team of associates who all share in his vision and sense of discipline for business ethics.

Todd Payne
Todd is a true native of Georgia, born in Atlanta and raised in the South Metro Atlanta area. As a lifelong resident of the area, he has the knowledge needed to assist buyers and sellers in the Metro Atlanta market and surrounding markets. Todd prides himself in working diligently for residential and commercial buyers and sellers to provide excellent customer service as well as to create a seamless transaction from start to finish. Todd’s goal is to create long-term client relationships that don’t end at the closing table.
